These terms cover the site and the managed AI service. The specifics of any engagement live in your order or statement of work; this is the shared baseline.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of acejack.com and the managed AI services provided by Acejack LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Acejack," "we," "us"). By using the site or the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for an engagement are set out in a separate order or statement of work between Acejack and your organization; those terms control where they differ from these.
The service
Acejack provides managed AI: a governed AI layer, a personal assistant for each covered person, and role-specific agents wired into the tools a team already uses. Engagements typically begin with a discovery phase to map the fit, followed by an operating phase in which we run the service. Humans stay in the loop — agents draft work, and we do not send messages or take consequential actions on your behalf without approval.
Messaging terms (SMS and voice)
Program. Acejack sends two kinds of messages to people who have opted in: one-time submission confirmations and scheduling replies when you contact us through acejack.com/contact, and — for covered client executives — messages from your Acejack AI assistant related to the service, such as morning briefings, reminders, and replies to messages you send it, by text message and voice call.
Opt-in. You consent to receive these messages by checking the consent box on the acejack.com/contact form, or by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on your setup page during onboarding. Consent is individual and express; we do not collect numbers from public or third-party sources.
- Message frequency varies based on your usage and settings.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
- For help, reply HELP or email hello@acejack.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. How we handle your mobile number and messaging consent is described in our Privacy Policy — including that it is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Accounts, PINs, and security
You are responsible for the mobile number and PIN associated with your assistant, and for activity that occurs through them. Sensitive actions require your PIN. Caller ID is used only for routing and is never treated as proof of identity. Tell us right away if you believe your number or PIN has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach its security, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or that threatens the safety or integrity of the service.
Third-party services and integrations
When you connect a third-party tool, you authorize us to access it within the permissions you approve, solely to operate your assistant. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms. You can revoke any connection at any time.
Intellectual property
Acejack retains all rights in the site, the platform, and the methods and software behind the service. You retain your own content and data. During an engagement, you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Ownership of custom deliverables is addressed in your order or statement of work.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated output can contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on it or send it. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acejack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Term and termination
Engagements bill month to month with no minimum term. Either party may end an engagement effective at the close of the then-current month (or as otherwise set out in the applicable order or statement of work). On termination, we revoke connected-account access and, on request, delete your personal information except where retention is required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page, and continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
