Working discovery
A deeper working session maps the people, workflow, connected systems, offline steps, constraints, permissions, and result that would matter. This work is included in the proposal process.

A recommendation and proposal
Acejack recommends assistants, custom development, both, or no build. If there is a build to pursue, the proposal defines scope, price, assumptions, operating costs, and the launch path.
