I. The firm
Most of what gets called “AI strategy” is a euphemism for headcount reduction. We are deliberately not that. The wedge is the opposite: we measure the work by whether the business gets stronger and the team grows.
We build on Claude by default — and on the agents and assistants Claude makes possible — and operate them as a managed service. ChatGPT and other providers are supported when a client’s stack calls for it, but Claude is the default for a reason: the model behavior, the safety posture, and the tool use match how we want our clients’ agents to act.

II. The operator
Ace comes from Alec — a shortened form of the name. The card picks up from there: highest or lowest in the deck depending on how you hold it, but always the one that changes the hand.
Jack comes from a grandfather who taught a simple philosophy: take what you have, make it work better, and extend its life. Don’t throw it away. Don’t start over. Find more in what already exists.
