This Privacy Policy explains how acejack(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit acejack.com. We operate as an AI consultancy and managed service provider based in Knoxville, TN. This policy covers the public website and the intake/contact forms — engagements under signed contracts have their own data handling terms documented in the agreement.

Information you give us
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (if provided), and the message you write. Used only to respond to your inquiry and qualify a potential engagement.
- Whistleblower form submissions (on /ethics) — name, company, role, date of termination, and your description. Logged confidentially per the Workforce Protection Clause.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — IP address, user-agent, request path, and timestamp. Retained for security and abuse prevention, then rotated.
- Consent preference — your choice from the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser (not on our server) under the key
acejack-consent. - Analytics & marketing data — only when you opt in via the cookie banner. See the table below.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use a three-tier consent model. Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and Marketing are off by default and only activate if you opt in via the cookie banner.

How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
- To qualify whether an engagement is a fit on both sides.
- To improve the site (only with your analytics opt-in).
- To investigate concerns submitted via the whistleblower form.
- To meet legal, security, and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share contact-form submissions with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-party services
Our public website is served on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process server-log information for security and routing. Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Email sent to alec@acejack.com is processed by our email provider under their applicable privacy terms.
Your rights
- Withdraw consent — re-open the cookie banner at any time using the button below. Toggling a category off immediately revokes the corresponding signals.
- Request your data — email alec@acejack.comand we’ll provide a copy of the contact-form information we hold for you.
- Request deletion— same address. We’ll honor deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe unless we’re required to retain the data for legal or contractual reasons.
- Complain— if you’re in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
