Somebody has to run it — here is how —

How we work

Discover. Build. Operate.

Running infrastructure is a discipline, not a deck.

AI is infrastructure. Discovery, build, and operation is the discipline — the loop every acejack engagement runs on.

The loop

Three phases. One ongoing relationship.

01

Discover

Where does AI belong here?

A 30-minute intro call, then a custom-quoted deep-dive that maps where AI belongs. The deliverable is a clear map of the highest-leverage places AI fits in your org — not everywhere, specifically. Most of the value of any engagement is in knowing where to aim.

  • Free 30-minute intro call
  • Custom-quoted deep-dive with agent-driven analysis
  • Hiring Trajectory Baseline captured
  • Map of highest-leverage AI placements

02

Build

What fits goes in.

Agents for autonomous background work. Assistants for human leverage on specific team members. Integrations where existing systems need to talk to AI. We don't ship a fixed menu — the shape comes from what discovery surfaced. Builds run on Claude Enterprise by default; you don't have to learn it.

  • Per-client agents on scheduled cadences
  • Per-person Claude assistants
  • Integrations into the stack you already run
  • Operated end-to-end by acejack

03

Operate

We run the systems we build.

You don't have to stand up an AI department to get the leverage. We run the Claude tenant, monitor the agents, iterate on what's working, and pull levers when something drifts. Monthly review of value delivered, weekly tune-ups when the business changes. If something we built starts under-performing, that's our problem to fix.

  • Monthly value reviews against live data
  • Weekly tune-ups when the business shifts
  • Quarterly strategy + retire/expand decisions
  • Drift = our problem, not yours

The engagement shape

From paid discovery to standing capability.

Engagements run as six-month cycles — discover, build, implement, refine. When the cycle ends, the next one starts with a fresh deep dive. Below is how that timeline shapes up — left rail is when, right column is what.

Why it's paid

Why discovery is paid

The 30-minute intro is free. The custom-quoted deep-dive that follows is the paid engagement — agent-driven analysis of your operations and a written map of where AI belongs in the next six months. Even if you don’t move forward, the map is yours.

If we go forward, the map becomes the build plan. If not, you keep the document and the clarity.

Month 1

Discovery, baseline, and first build kickoff

We come prepared. The deep-dive anchors the work. Agent-driven analysis of your operations runs alongside it. By end of month one, we hand back a written map of the highest-leverage AI placements and the first build is staged.

Months 2 – 3

Builds ship; you start seeing leverage

Agents and assistants reach your team. We monitor closely, iterate quickly. The first month of weekly tune-ups is heavier as the systems learn your operation. By the end of month three, the rhythm settles into the ongoing cadence.

Months 4 – 6

The systems start compounding

Agents are firing on schedule, assistants are part of the daily flow, and the monthly value review numbers start telling a clear story. We surface the next layer of leverage — what to expand, what to retire, where the next build goes.

Month 6

Cycle ends — renew with a fresh deep dive

At the six-month mark the cycle is up. If the engagement continues, it starts a new cycle with another deep dive — the business has moved, the operational surface has shifted, and the work gets re-scoped from the top. Nothing rolls automatically.

Every cycle is a fresh decision: both sides look at the state of the business and decide whether the next half of work makes sense.

Always-on

The cadence after go-live

  • Monthly· value review — hours delivered, agents firing, deltas worth surfacing.
  • Quarterly· strategy review — what expands, what retires, where the next layer of leverage lives.
  • Weekly· tune-ups when the business shifts shape and the agents need to follow.
  • Always-on· monitoring with telemetry on every agent and alerts when something drifts.

Monitoring, retention, and access discipline are documented in full on the security posture.

Run the loop

Ready to run the loop?

Discovery is how every engagement starts. Two hours with the executive team, 40–60 hours of agent-driven analysis, one written map. Then we run.
