## Thesis

Your team is already using AI. Nobody is running it. AI is infrastructure — somebody has to run it. acejack does: discovery, build, daily operation. The shape varies per client; the cycle does not.

## Ethics posture

Better businesses, not cheaper businesses. We do not sell automation of low-wage roles — top-down only. Every engagement ships with a Workforce Protection Clause and a Hiring Trajectory Baseline. ## Provider posture

Claude is our default. We have found it best-suited for most businesses we work with. We support ChatGPT, OpenAI's models, and other providers when a client's stack or use-case calls for it — but we recommend Claude unless there is a specific reason not to.

## Security posture

Cloudflare-only US infrastructure. Anthropic Claude direct, no training on client data. Named sub-processors. Default retention and deletion documented. DPA on request. See [/security](https://acejack.com/security).
